I found this band the other day through the random magic of the intranets and have been enthralled with their music videos ever since. I found this one today and felt that I simply must share it with everyone I know. I get chills when I watch it.
I could watch this video a hundred times and still not be tired of it. This is one of many types of imagery that I love. I don't think they could have had a better video made and things like this are why I would love to have a chance to direct music videos some day. So many things like this in my head that are looking for a way to get out and show themselves to the world. I hope you enjoy as much as I did. Without further ado I present to you. A swamp really changes when it is overflowing with the melted snow of spring.
I love early morning in the woods, it's when everything goes from creepy to fresh and alive. Like walking through a portal into a new world.
Mmm fungus. Drove to Mohican National Park today in hopes that the waterfall would be gushing because of all the snow that has melted recently but it was somewhat mundane so instead I found this wonderful fungus growing on the bottom of a fallen tree! Hooray fungus!

So todays photo is a couple hours late to still be considered today but I think considering I was hit by a drunk driver tonight it's okay.

Yes... I am aware that this is not a good picture but I thought I should put it up anyway because the whole purpose of this project is for me to get out there shooting and trying new things. My second try at photographing the stars without any sort of device to track their movements. I believe that with my current equipment this is the best I will be able to do as far as a pure photo with no real editing. Sometime this summer I will try to build the device to track them so that I can get a clear bright photo but right now it's just too cold out for my tastes. Also... this if my favorite constellation.
